This Summit on “Positioning HR to create value & catalyze growth” organized by All India Management Association (AIMA) brought together CEOs, HR Heads, HR Team Leaders and members of Large & Medium Sized Companies along with HR Researchers, Entrepreneurs, Academicians and Business School Students.

The summit discussed the roles and responsibilities of HRs to demystify the drivers of engagement, coach and do reverse monitoring and to create a robust culture for leadership development.
